APPIANO GENTILE – The team's first training session has concluded ahead of
Inter v Chievo, the Week 8 match of the 2011/12 Serie A season, scheduled at
the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in the San Siro district of Milan (kick-off at

returned from Lille, France last night and began training at around noon today.
Claudio Ranieri and the technical staff divided the team into several groups.
In the first group, the Nerazzurri who were the most engaged in yesterday
evening's match underwent a regenerative session, which also took place on the
pitch. In the second group, the other players available, including Ricardo
Alvarez (who had left training on Monday evening due to pain in his right knee),
performed technical-tactical work on the pitch for about 90 minutes. And last,
in the third group, there were the players who are performing individual
programmes for recovery from their respective injuries: Andrea Poli, Andrea
Ranocchia, Walter Samuel and Emiliano Viviano in the first part of the day,
then Coutinho and Diego Forlan in the second part of the day went to the Inter
headquarters for a meeting with Tsakhia Elbegdorj, the president of Mongolia.
