PRIMAVERA: NERAZZURRI WIN THE MILAN DERBY

Inter U-19s controlled the game but won by a single goal: Daniel Bessa's 68th minute strike

MILAN - The Nerazzurri Primavera, minus Jakub Vojtus, Andrea Romanò, Alfred Duncan and Rodrigo Alborno, took on their faced AC Milan in Week 6 of the U-19s league this afternoon. Inter produced an impressive display and took all three points thanks to Bessa's 68th-minute goal: the Brazilian midfielder fired home the rebound after Milan keeper Piscitelli had saved but failed to hold onto Longo's shot. The Nerazzurri dominated proceedings and created lots of openings while rarely risking at the back, where Paolo Tornaghi was preferred in goal ahead of Cincilla and Melgrati. Like last year, Inter claim the first U-19 derby of the season.
