"I know we have a new coach and we have signed some important players," continued the Nerazzurri captain. "Next season will certainly be a challenge and our targets will be the same as usual: we'll try to win everything we're involved in.
"I know Leonardo very well, and I know about his ideas. He was very clear with us and with the president when this opportunity arose for him and he made a personal choice. Now we are looking forward to a new challenge with Gasperini and hopefully we'll be able to raise a few more important trophies."
