APPIANO GENTILE – A strain to the hip flexor of the right leg. These were the results shown by the medical tests that Walter Samuel underwent this morning at the IRCCS Policlinico San Matteo Foundation. The defender, who felt muscular discomfort in the second half of Catania v Inter, first underwent tests in Pavia with professor Francesco Benazzo, director of the orthopaedic clinic. He then went to the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti for a visit from professor Franco Combi, Inter's chief of medical staff, and for the first series of therapy and physiotherapy.
