OLYMPIC PLAYERS ARE ALREADY BACK ON THE FIELD BUT STILL SUFFERING FROM JETLAG

APPIANO GENTILE-The three young players involved in the Olympic Games returned to Italy last night. But all of them were already training with their team-mates this afternoon despite being still tired from a 24 hour journey and 9 day old jet-lag. "We needed 5 days to get over the jet lag when we got there so we're only hoping it won't take so long to get over it this end" says Matteo Ferrari. Bruno Cirillo has recovered. He was injured by the Milan player Jose Mari who elbowed him in the face and who "didn't even apologize". Andrea Pirlo has been complaining about the misleading information about the Italian team. "Australian TV only broadcast competitions when their atheletes were involved. You might think I'mjoking but journalists could find out very little about Rosolino, Fioravanti Pezzo and the others involved in the Olympic Games".
