MILAN - Colombian defender Ivan Cordoba spoke to Inter Channel after Sunday evening's Milan derby.
"Inzaghi's goal changed the match slightly," he said. "In the second half we tried a different formation and they immediately redoubled. Then everything became more difficult. If we dared to risk a bit they were able to find more room."
Martins could have changed the face of the match had he beaten Dida from close range minutes after pulling a goal back for the Nerazzurri. Cordoba: "Football is also this, but there's lots of anger because it's bad to lose again. You can feel the people before the derby. You can feel the motivation, the desire... All this is contagious. Unfortunately, on the pitch we didn't manage to give this joy to our fans, who really deserve it."
